To apply leadership concepts in the workplace using the Enneagram Self-Mastery tool to effectively develop leadership ability. A portion of this workshop is customised to the individual, enabling extremely personalised learning curves.
Many case studies are analysed to assist the delegate with application of the theory. This workshop involves pre-course preparation and the delegates can expect to have some after-hours work whilst the workshop is in session.
Course Content
What is Leadership
Defining leadership, identifying the difference between leadership and management and exploring the organisational needs of when to lead and when to manage.
What are the qualities of a leader?
Understanding the expectations. What qualities and skills do current leaders need.
The Enneagram as a self-mastery tool
Using the internationally recognised Enneagram framework and self-mastery tool to ensure that the delegates get the maximum self-knowledge. This approach equips leaders to effectively analyse and review their habitual responses, easily and naturally increasing emotional intelligence and therewith leadership strength.
Developmental areas addressed are communication style, conflict-handling modes, decision making biases, personal leadership preferences and general approach and influence on a team.

Exploring a range of leadership theories, each highlighting a useful skill for a multi talented leader to develop.
