To apply leadership concepts in a work context using the Enneagram Self-Mastery tool to effectively develop leadership ability. A portion of this workshop is customised to the individual, enabling them to quickly identify their own areas of expertise and challenges.
Many case studies are analysed to assist the delegate with application of the theory. This workshop involves pre-course preparation and the delegates can expect to have some after-hours work whilst the workshop is in session.

The Enneagram as a self-mastery tool
Using the internationally recognised Enneagram framework and self-mastery tool to ensure that the delegates get the maximum self-knowledge This equips them to effectively analyse and review their world view and that of their team members Developmental areas addressed are communication style, assertiveness, conflict-handling modes, decision making biases, natural leadership tendencies and approach to the team

Outcome
At the end of this workshop the individual will be able to identify and solve problems using critical and creative thinking processes to diagnose which leadership theories are appropriate to their own work context; work effectively with others as a member of a team, group, organisation or community; organise and manage themselves and their activities responsibly and effectively in order to ensure effective leadership.
Assessments for this SETA accredited 3-day workshop are offered at an additional cost. These Assessments, referred to as Summative Assessments, require a commitment from both the delegate and his/her company.
