Learning doesn’t end when the workshop does. Our learner support keeps your delegates applying what they learnt, and gives their managers a clear picture of progress.
How our learner support worksSkills Check
A week after the workshop, each delegate names at least three things to improve in their role. A month later they tell us how it went, and their manager gets a report.
Afterburner
An online follow-up for selected workshops. It starts with a recap quiz, then three short sections of videos and exercises, then a final quiz.
Coaching
LevelUp is a two-hour one-on-one session after the training, to put it into practice at work.
