Understanding my role and responsibilities. Which tasks should I focus on: I did achieve this by separating the role of reception from management. By letting the reception staff do their work. Delegating more efficiently, and to set clear standards: I set more clear standards by telling the reception staff exactly what their duties are and what is expected of them. What is important and what they should focus on first, and also by following up.
