Many of us are so used to stress. In a professional aspect we deal with a lot of stress and perhaps it starts feeling like a “given”. So why would we attend a workshop for stress management? Stress is normal, it’s just there, a part of life. Why spend money on training for it?

Well, the answer is simple... "You can't pour from an empty cup"

The cup is us, our creativity, logic, productiveness and even motivation. Stress drains us, empties our cup. This could lead us to feel frustrated and easily overwhelmed. In turn this could lead to clouded judgement, lack of resourcefulness at work, lack of creativity and often a lower standard of work than expected.

The same goes for your team and entire organisation. Can you imagine the decrease in productivity if 25 percent of your employees were not managing their stress well and bringing less than their A-game? In addition it is estimated that there will be a huge spike in stress and mental wellness challenges in the next few years as individuals battle the effects of COVID and lockdown on their friends, family and businesses.

Our Stress and Time Management workshop addresses the causes of stress, helps you and your team identify obstacles and equips you with the necessary knowledge and tools to overcome these obstacles. We also aim to empower teams with the knowledge of how to use their time in a focused and wise manner, this in itself is a valuable business tool for both the individual and the company!

To keep it real- we urge you to prioritize this training within your company, even as an individual, we're all living in a very stressed society right now.
