"A year from now you will wish you had started today." ~ Karen Lamb
Even though this workshop is not only for management staff it is interesting to note that a recent survey has shown South African management to be of the most stressed in the world.
The reason for that is this is apparently that managers are held responsible for outcomes without being granted the authority with which to ensure the outcomes. Either due to organisational or legal constraints.
Essentially it is true to say that we live in one of the most challenging countries not only because of our political climate but also because we are not a homogenous culture. This is truly a country of individuals. All of these factors add stress.

Run Stress and Time Management for your team
Every workshop we publish is also delivered in-house — at your premises anywhere in South Africa and beyond, at one of our venues, or live online. Before we deliver, our course designers can adapt Stress and Time Management to your team: your industry’s examples in the case work, your real challenges in the exercises, your operational rhythm in the schedule. We meet you, agree the outline together, and only then do you place the order.
In-house rates drop per delegate as the group grows — for larger teams it is usually the more affordable option as well as the better-fitting one.
