The Four Styles of Management
When managing people we tend to more naturally gravitate to one of four management styles.

Understanding which is your preferred style, and being able to adapt it when necessary, is a powerful tool to have.

What’s important to understand is that there’s no right or wrong style, or better or worse style - but that each style has its place. Some work better with high-functioning teams, while some are more appropriate to use when deadlines are tight and instructions must be followed to a T.

The four management styles are:

Democratic, Collaborative, Authoritative, and Procedural.

To learn more about these styles and to learn which is your preferred Management Style, complete the following quick quiz by clicking on the link.
