South Africans were quick to voice their frustrations about the way in which Computicket handled the ticket sales for the upcoming Linkin Park show in Cape Town and Johannesburg in November, which included a confusing queuing system, payment problems and unfair early ticket sales at certain venues.
Will this time around be any better?
Well, right now there seems to be a bit of confusion as to why there are pre-sale tickets available and why no one was informed of this, but Computicket has assured us there will still be plenty of tickets available on Wednesday and Thursday when tickets are scheduled to go on sale, so we'll just have to see…
From our side our advice to Computicket would be, "Communicate, communicate, communicate!"
Either way this is hugely exciting news for South Africa and promises to be a show worth camping out in those ticket lines for - if of course you can get one…
