What is this course about?
Work-life balance looks different post-COVID than it did five years ago, and most policies haven't caught up. This Staff Training session, ideal for both employees and employers in South African workplaces still adjusting to post-COVID ways of working, covers the warning signs of imbalance from both perspectives, practical employer-side solutions, and personal tools — goal-setting, boundary-setting, assertiveness — for bringing focus back to work. The result: delegates who can pinpoint their own imbalance and take concrete steps to address it.
