One extended day, running from 08:30 to 18:00, because Enneagram and EQ work benefits from time to breathe. This condensed Staff Training workshop, ideal for leaders and managers fitting development around busy South African schedules, covers the theory and practice of emotional intelligence alongside Enneagram profiling and analysis, using a pre-workshop questionnaire and ICF-accredited facilitators to identify each delegate's core motivations and fears. The result: the same self-mastery foundations as the 2-day version, delivered in a single, longer session.
