Listening, Questioning and Assertiveness Excuses, Reasons and Finding Solutions Negotiating Skills and Handling Difficult Clients
Using SMART goal setting Motivation and Dealing with Stress
A summarising matrix speaking to all of the above in an easily understandable tool.
