If your goals aren't set according to predetermined criteria (like measurability, for example) it's all just pie in the sky and you're probably already destined to fail.
You can't just say, "I want to lose 10kgs", and expect to find success.
HOW do you want to lose the weight? By WHEN do you want to lose it? How much each week? (Be as specific as possible.)
Then ask yourself the question "Is what I'm planning to do realistic?" - Can you lose the amount of weight you plan to in the amount of time you've given yourself?
Do not set yourself up for failure by setting unattainable goals.
