Professional Coaching

Professional Coaching provides employees with access to a professional coach within their own workplace, giving them the opportunity to talk through challenges, concerns, decisions and situations they may be facing. Rather than a structured workshop, this flexible coaching offering allows employees to meet individually with an experienced coach throughout the day, bringing whatever work-related challenges they would like support with.

The coaching provides a confidential space to step back, explore challenges from a different perspective and work towards practical solutions and a way forward. It is suitable for employees at all levels who would benefit from professional support, guidance and an opportunity to think through workplace challenges with an experienced coach.

Professional Coaching is offered on an agreed schedule based on the needs of the organisation and its employees. Coaching can be provided one day per week on a recurring basis, with the frequency and duration agreed in advance.

For organisations looking for ongoing support, a regular coaching day each month can provide employees with continued access to a professional coach while allowing them to bring current workplace challenges as they arise.

Every workshop we publish is also delivered in-house — at your premises anywhere in South Africa and beyond, at one of our venues, or live online. In-house rates drop per delegate as the group grows — for larger teams it is usually the more affordable option as well as the better-fitting one.
