What it covers
Our 2-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions are designed to build on the knowledge gained during training. Rather than revisiting course content, the focus is on helping delegates apply what they've learned to their own workplace situations. Guided by an experienced coach, delegates work through real-life scenarios, ask role-specific questions and receive personalised support to help turn learning into confident, effective practice.
