Enneagram Coaching: Insight to Action

This packaged journey is ideal for individuals to access their full potential through the Enneagram lense. It is designed to encourage a journey of self growth to enhance both intra and interpersonal growth paths. A choice of 3, 5 or 8 hours of coaching.

An introduction:
- Coachees are introduced to the Enneagram and the goal of the project with an introductory email.

The Questionnaire:
- The coachees are sent a link to fill out a questionnaire which identifies their Enneagram type

The Debrief:
- Coachees are asked to read their reports and an appointment is set with each delegate for a 1-hour debriefing session. This session is to ensure that the delegate resonates with the report and starts getting a better understanding of how to use it on their journey. The debriefing session is a virtual session.

Self-Mastery and Learning:
- The report is uniquely designed to highlight Ennea Types, subtypes, lines of development, Tri-types and stress and strain profiles. Strengths, areas of development and preferred conflict handling modes are identified along with habitual behaviour responses in times of duress. This invaluable report forms the basis for the Enneagram learning and our statistics are showing remarkable accuracy rates, based upon the delegates’ feedback. The report takes between 40 and 60 minutes to complete and is designed at South African NQF level 4 English (matric).

The Enneagram is a universally recognised tool. Making use of a pre-commencement individual questionnaire our experienced coaches are able to assist the coachee to identify any potential stumbling blocks to success.

Staff Training use the IEQ9 Enneagram Personal reporting tool which is proven to have an accuracy typing rate of 95%. Currently the best globally.
