Aim / Intro

To empower and develop delegates and encourage their journey of self-mastery enabling the creation of a positive workplace culture. This is a practical and informative workshop that requires the delegate to fill in a pre-workshop questionnaire on the Enneagram Self-Mastery Tool. A component of this workshop is customised for each individual. The content of this workshop is a Staff Training business solution option developed with the daily challenges of the unique South African market in mind.

Enneagram Profiling and Analysis as an Assessment Instrument
A coaching tool for self-awareness and self- mastery.
Understanding core motivations, values and fears.
Understanding the nine lenses of the world.
Translating knowledge of self to culture aligned competencies such as communication, conflict handling, leadership style and assertiveness

The content of this workshop would be useful to all delegates who work with people in their place of employment. It is a powerful workshop that teaches us to analyse the relationship between emotional intelligence, self-awareness and mindfulness, in relation to leadership and a positive workplace culture.
