What is this course about?
This practical course develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills that can be applied to workplace challenges, decisions and opportunities. Delegates work through a structured process of defining problems, challenging assumptions, considering different perspectives, building usable knowledge, evaluating possible solutions and turning decisions into action.
