In fact, quite a bit of it had some substance. It was just his method of delivery. He was popular, he had an audience, a big one and he could have made a REAL difference, but he chose not to.
Absolute power corrupts.
We have seen it throughout Africa, we have seen it in Germany. Gosh we have seen it in the financial/political cesspool known as The United States. We saw it when the NATS were in power and some of us have seen it where an autocratic manager holds all the cards.
How sad, dude, you had the opportunity to be a leader. Instead you chose to be a manager only. The problem with that approach is that management can seldom stand alone, leadership is almost always required to create true growth and sustainability.
