This unit standard replaces: 13916 Identify and keep the records that a team manager is responsible for keeping
Learning assumed to be in place and recognition of prior learning Learners should be competent in Communication and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 2.
Unit standard range - The records pertaining to operational or other requirements to be kept by a team leader include the following: budgets, stock, health and safety, absenteeism, output and quality, etc. - 'Area of responsibility' includes, but is not limited to, cost centre, section, department or team. - 'Junior managers' include, but are not limited to, team leaders, supervisors, foremen and section heads. - 'Standard Operating Procedures' (SOPs) may comprise formal written documents or accepted practices in the organisation. - 'Organisation' includes but is not limited to, workplace, work context, work unit, company, department or section.

Specific Outcome 1 Explain why organisations record and keep information.
Specific Outcome 2 Identify and describe the type of records used to manage the team.
Specific Outcome 3 Record and report team performance against team output.
