Payment
Payment is required in full a minimum of 21 (twenty-one) days prior to workshop or 7 (seven) days from date of order, whichever comes first.
Cancellations or postponements within 48 hours prior to the workshop will carry a 100% penalty fee, within 72 hours a 50% cancellation fee (excluding weekends).
A 100% penalty fee will be charged for delegates who do not show on the day of training without giving prior notice.
Notice of Training
Staff Training requires 2 - 3 weeks (14 - 21 days) lead time for in-house workshops and 3 - 4 weeks (21 - 28 days) lead time for customised workshops.
Please note that our trainers are booked on a first come first served basis and once booked become unavailable for that/those day(s).
Please note: No certificate will be issued if training has not been paid for.
Certification
All learners must please provide their Identity Documents for legislative and certificate purposes. Certificates are provided electronically and sent to the person doing the course booking within ten working days of the workshop being completed.
An attendance register accompanies the certificates. Both certificates and attendance register along with your invoice will be required as a proof of training by your relevant SETA's.
Should the delegates want to access their certificates and history of training with our company they can do so by visiting www.stafftraining.co.za and entering their identity number in the certificate look up field. This has been provided as an authentication tool for both employees and employers.
Course Content
When booking a Staff Training workshop you agree that you have read and accept the course content document, outlining what will be covered in the workshop.
