The aim of this workshop is to train the delegate to look for signs that a customer is interested in buying and in so doing increase his/her sales rate success. The delegate will learn tips on how to get a positive outcome with those tough customers that every salesperson encounters.

All our full day open hosted workshops commence at 08:30 and end at 16:30.
For inhouse workshops we will travel for anything between one and 16 delegates.
