Nobody Did It - [website]

This is a story about four people named EVERYBODY, SOMEBODY, ANYBODY and NOBODY.
There was an important job to be done and EVERYBODY was sure that SOMEBODY would do it. ANYBODY could have done it, but NOBODY did it.

SOMEBODY got angry about that because it was EVERYBODY'S job. EVERYBODY thought ANYBODY could do it, but NOBODY realised that EVERYBODY wouldn’t do it. It ended up that EVERYBODY blamed SOMEBODY when NOBODY did what ANYBODY could have done.

At Staff Training we believe that blame games are nothing more than an exercise in futility, and therefore a waste of time. Time which could be far better spent productively.

Our Personal Efficiency workshop addresses issues such as accountability, blame, guilt, procrastination and ownership and is aimed at anyone keen to affect positive change in their workplace.

Anyone who is part of a team, a unit, a group or a company and who has a role to play in the economy of this country will benefit from this interactive one-day workshop, hosted in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Polkwane throughout the year.
