The way we say things is often more important than the actual words we’re saying – and this is especially true in business.
Positive speech, therefore, is a great asset to any businessperson, whether they are in a sales position, a supervisory one or even in management.
Learning how to use positive speech can have a great impact on your effectiveness at work and also on the way people view you, but what kind of phrases or words can be considered as “positive”?
