One of the most important traits a receptionist can have is that of understanding different people’s personality types, which then enables her to effectively handle any situation that may arise.
Understanding People, one of the topics covered in Staff Training’s Frontline Reception Training seminar, teaches receptionists how to identify the different personality types and also how to respond to them on a level that leads to good two-way communication.
