Thinking about getting some training but nervous about having to go it alone? We get that. Trying new things is always a little scary at first.
That’s why we’ve decided to let you bring a friend (at no extra cost) when you book a seat on our Retail Training workshop in Cape Town next month….
Learning how to provide excellent service, maximise profits and encourage return customers is what this course is all about. At the end of it you (and your friend or colleague) will be equipped with the knowledge to provide top-notch service while at the same time “working” the client to increase his/her basket purchase.
Taking place on the 14th of February (heck, why not bring your Valentine?) at iNkosi Lodge (seriously, we’ll put up some red balloons and everything) in Cape Town, this Retail Training workshop is set to be a day not soon forgotten!
