has been developed by Debbie Engelbrecht Communications Consultants.
Debbie accepted her first management position in 1988 as branch manager
for Kelly Personnel, Claremont.
In
1991 she joined W E Communications as a managing partner in a telephony
company.
Being a natural leader and a keen motivator, Debbie took charge of the
HR needs in the company and soon found herself taking on the duties
of a trainer. Her training material was developed to educate the 40
odd subcontractors and staff members specifically about client care.
A
disastrous partnership decision in 1999 saw the closing of W E Communications.
To
Debbie, it had however, become apparent over the years that no matter
how advanced the technology companies implemented, it remained only
as good as the people behind it!
Hence the birth of Debbie Engelbrecht Communications Consultants and
now Staff Training.
A company started with much passion and an unparalleled belief in the
need for upliftment and training of all South Africans.
Staff Training has thus been developed for real people with real problems
looking for real solutions.
We
firmly believe in training, only once the theory has been put into practice.
